Full Tilt - 6 hour gap in tournament data

Full Tilt, Absolute/Ultimate, PokerStars

15 April 2011: The United States Government, in an extreme act of stupidity, has seized the domain names of the "big three" poker sites, making it unreliable for US-based computers to reach their servers. BigSprocket is based in US, with servers in California, so we are hit by this problem, and are having trouble reliably getting tournament schedules. In particular, the CEREUS network (AbsolutePoker and Ultimate Bet) is completely unreachable at the moment.
BigSprocket would like to apologize to our International customers for this situation. We hope you understand this is something perpetrated by the Government of our country, and is thus, very much out of our control. As active online poker players ourselves, we are extremely hopeful this will be resolved soon, and we will not only be able to serve up the schedule for you, but will be able to see you at the virtual tables again.

Bodog

On Wednesday 04-Nov-2009, Bodog's XML feed disappeared. I have notified them.

Update: 09-Nov-2009, I received this from Bodog: "Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our support team is working on a resolution for this problem, and these XML feeds will be fixed during our next software update, which should be within the next few weeks."

Update: 01-Feb-2010, Bodog sent me this: "Unfortunately the fix is still in development. We intend to restore the feeds to their original location when they're fixed."

Full Tilt Gaps

Full Tilt Poker publishes their tournament list only once a day. They have an apparent bug that results in huge gaps in the list, particularly for the morning hours (usually between 3AM and 2PM). This problem has been reported to them (as issue KMM14575406I15977L0KM), and they say they're researching it.

Since they are one of the larger poker sites, I realize many of you are likely to want Full Tilt's schedule. As a Full Tilt player myself, believe me, I'm as frustrated by this bug as you. To let them know you would like the bug fixed, send an email to technology@fulltiltpoker.com asking them to please fix Issue KMM14575406I15977L0KM. The more people that complain, the more likely they are to speed up their fix!

Note: people have asked how I know it's their bug, not mine. Simple. Look at Full Tilt's own schedule display widget and scroll through the list. Try to find something starting around 9 or 10 am.

Update: 26-Jan-2010, Full Tilt sent me this: "We do not have a time frame for this problem to be resolved. We hope to have a solution in the near future."
